Reminders Still Sent After Docu Signed

A reminder is still being sent out to individuals who have already signed a document.  I set the reminder for "daily" with no due date.  Please help!

Please let us know if the document is signed and filed or if the document is still pending by other signers. 

Did you experience this behavior on a particular transaction? Please ensure the document is signed and submitted by the signer receiving the reminders.

It would be helpful if you could share some screenshots of reminders and the signed document confirmation.
