Replace the background PDF in Adobe Sign

Help!!

I have created 3 forms each of multiple pages and they are setup as Templates within Abode Sign.
Now I need to make a slight change to the background PDF. Is there an easy way to do this that will save me having to recreate all the templates again from scratch?

Did you ever get an answer to this? I know I was able to do it in the past, actually just before you posted your messafe, but can't seem to do it now.

Annoying, I'm sure I did it before. The workaround I found was to add a
new template with the new pdf, and use the old template to apply the
fields. Only problem is when the new document has fewer pages... which one
of mine did.

Hi All,

Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the trouble.

In Adobe Sign, it is not possible to change the background of the template. You may only change the form fields added in the template if required.

If you just need to change the template background and the rest of the form will be the same, you may use the workaround as suggested by Robyn5C58.
