Report docs missing signatures

New Here ,
Jun 17, 2019 Jun 17, 2019

Hi all,

I am looking for a way to extract a Report / have a view of what signers/form fillers still Need to complete a document.

Something similar to the Audit history, but like an Excel with all documents at the same time.

We start a considerable number of documents each month and Need to chase the not completed ones, but checking each document history one-by-one is a nightmare!

Can anybody help?

Many thanks

Robi

Hi Robi,

Sorry for the delay in response.

As I have checked you are using the Adobe Sign enterprise service level.

By default, there is no such option to extract such a report.

However, I would suggest you get in contact with the Adobe Sign support team to get more insights on this.

They will be able to provide you information regarding the report generation or any alternative if available.

For the subscribed account, find below the steps to contact support:

• Log in to your Adobe Sign account directly via Sign In — e-signature and e-sign Software Solution — Adobe Sign

• Once logged in, check the upper right corner of the page and click the question mark icon.

• It will redirect you to the page where you get the option to create the support case or to start a chat with the team.

• If you've never logged in this way, use the forgot password option on the login link to set your password.

Hope that helps.

Let us know if you experience any issue.

Regards,

Meenakshi
