I bought a small business account then cancelled it and bought an individual account. When on documentcloud.adobe.com and I select 'send for signature' it freezes on the 'loading adobe sign' screen. I have tried using this on different browsers and on a seperate work station but after logging in the 'send for signature' option was missing. I have tried using the app but it comes up with an error message when I go through the send for signatures process.
Any help would be appreciated

Hi there, unfortunately I didn't. The Adobe chat were unable to help and as I didn't have support included in my package couldn't get it looked into. I ended up cancelling my account.
