Require more than 10 e-signatures

Greetings,

Require more than 10 e-signatures for a round-robin signature process.

Is there a way to overide the limitation?

Digital Certificate signatures is an option but it will then require manual forwarding.

Any suggestions, work-arounds?

Thanks, Derek

Afternoon Derek,

Which Adobe Sign Plan are you using?
If you are using Adobe Sign within Acrobat then this is the Individual plan and the 10 user limit is fixed.

This can limit can be inceased by upgrading to either the Team (Small Business), Business or Enterprise plans

Let me move this to the Adobe Sign forum for you, where I think you are more likely to get an answer for your question.

The Using the Community forum is for help in using the Adobe Support Community forums, not for help with specific programs, installation issues, or account issues such as subscription questions or billing problems, or generalized questions about Creative Cloud services.

* Product questions should be posted in the associated product community.
* Installation questions should be posted in the Download & Install community.
* Account issues, including subscription questions or billing problems, should be posted in the Account, Payment, & Plan community.
* Questions about the Creative Cloud desktop app or general questions about apps in the Creative Cloud should be posted to the Creative Cloud Services community.

I have looked for answers to this same question regarding the 10 signature limit. This is the only place I found a thread. Our school system has Adobe for Enterprise but I can only get 10 signatures on a document and need 14. What is my next step?

Many thanks, appreciate the feedback.

Will engage with IT and verify what plan the company is using - I clearly have Individual.

All the best.
