resizing field boxes on Ipad Pro

Im having trouble resizing the boxes from fields when i am using my Ipad Pro 12.9 inch.

i've always used Adobe sign on desktop, and i can resize the boxes using my mouse, but with this new Ipad, all fields cannot change in size, including signature, initials, date, text boxes etc.  please help.
