Hi. I need help. I need to route a form for electronic signature. The form has been created by someone else and I need to route it to several people. They need to fill out a check box, make comments as needed before each sign. When I do the regular way to route, it only lets the first person go through the document. it doesn't know there are several people that need to fill out the check box, make comment and sign. Do I need to re-create this form using Adobe sign to do the check box, comment and signature fields?
I do not understand if your problem, you created a form, or you send it by a simple submission,
If it is a form, only allow one person, and against signers, if it is a simple submission, and the file was created in Acrobat, you can verify it in the submission itself, clicking on preview, so you can see the assignment to the different signers .
