I have spent over a week trying to start a trial for salesforce integration with Adobe DC/Esign.
One of the Marketing Associates at Adobe Document Services activated a trial so I can test the Salesforce integration for our company before we purchase.
We encountered numerous problems for this to be activated, but eventually it was successful last Friday. Unfortunately I am still encountering issues and cannot put together an agreement template.
When I select 'eSign Services Admin' followed by 'Agreement Templates', I receive the following error message:
Invalid Page Redirection |
The page you attempted to access has been blocked due to a redirection to an outside website or an improperly coded link or button. Please contact your salesforce.com Administrator for assistance. For more information, see Insufficient Privileges Errors.Click here to return to the previous page. |
Furthermore, when I select 'Manage Agreements' I get the following error message:
I have been in touch with both Salesforce and Adobe. Salesforce have told me to contact Adobe, and after spending an hour to get through to Adobe customer chat, I was just referred to the forums.
After a week of terrible customer service, I am still without an answer and cannot test this software.
Please can anyone help ASAP?
