Saving DC problems, HELP!

I'm filing an IRS form (NFFBAR) and once I have filled out the document, I sign it, then I have to save it so that I can send it, but when I hit the save button, I get a blank window with a title on the upper left corner that says "SAVE AS", but what happens is that nothing shows up, the window is blank, can someone please help?

We would certainly help you out.

Once you have signed the document, you can find an option to download the PDF and save it on your computer.

Also, could you please share the screenshot of that blank window that appears.
