search bar doesn't work.

New Here ,

This program was working fine before the recent update.  This new system is horrible. The search bar doesn't even work. I enter an email address in the search bar to find a client's contract.  I get hundreds of results, and only one of them is correct.

And the client's names have been removed from the prefills (waiting for you) so I can't simply scroll and look for a file.  I have to open each one until I find the one I'm looking for......or try a search, which doesn't work as stated.

This program is garbage now.  The signing process is confusing too.  I get it, but my clients struggle every day with what to click and the redundancy of the boxes and the next button pointing to what you just signed or worse, the phone app with the next button at the top so you're always losing place.

You guys should copy Docusign.  They get it.  The end user doesn't do anything but click....in one place.  It's completely idiot proof.  It seems you guys deliberately complicate the process for both signers..  Why?

Is there any way to revert back to the old format that works?

You can switch between the classic experience and new using the link in the upper right corner (unless your Adobe Sign admin has disabled this). Admins also have the ability to control the signing experience. They control how recipients navigate through form fields when filling a signing. You might want to look at adjusting some of these default settings to smooth out the signing experience.
