Hello All,
I am having an issue with adobe sign and the support team has been no help at all.
I made a new teams account for my users with a standard dc license, and there is another account that exists with the same users but no active license.
When the users try to request a signature it states they are signed in with the correct account but the data is still stored in the old account and they cannot do anything. I have attached the error.

Would like to inform you that having two Acrobat Sign accounts with the same email address is impossible. Could you please share the email addresses of the users in the private message so we can check the account information? You may initiate a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page.
