See signed documents

  how do I retrieve the documents I signed during the last month?

Which plan of Adobe sign are you using? Included with Acrobat DC or as a standalone plan?  If it is part of Acrobat then open Acrobat go to the Home Tab, on left side there should be Sign Heading and click All agreements.

If an Adobe Sign plan on its own then https://secure.echosign.com/public/login login with your username and password and go to the Manage tab and look on left under completed for your signed document
