Hello,

I would like to create a document that has a list of names. When a user clicks only one of the names, this initiates the routing process for a signature from only that person (not from everyone on the list). Is there any way to do this? Or, is there any way for adobe sign to interpret an email from a field (typed in by someone starting a form) and then route based on this email? Thanks.

Hello there,

The truth is I do not see that possibility now, I thought about the workflows, but neither, it is always necessary to know who is going to sign, and if it is a counter signer, you must also know, at the time you send the process, you must know who are those involved in it.

Greetings,

I appreciate the reply, and this is unfortunate as it would add a huge degree of flexibility to the form. Maybe it is naive, but it seems like all that would be necessary is to connect an email entry into a field to be assigned to a 'signer' role within the form.

I'm assuming a Sign enteprise account here,

Within Sign you can look to perhaps use workflows for this, where each names has thier own workflow.

A more powerful solution would be to make use of the Microsoft Power Automate integration. You could have a list of names in a SharePoint list, or a MS Power app, and use Power Automate to trigger a Sign action to send an agreement.
