I am using Acrobat Send. I am sending to one participant/signee 3 different forms to be filled, signed and dated by the signee. The forms are rating sheets with the same data fields on each form except for the field that names the person who is rated by the signee. Thus, each form has many of the same fields , but different data when the fields are completed by the signee. The signee must sign each document separately because the data on each form is different. However, when the signee completes the first form and signs it, the data fields from the first form populate the fields from the second form Is there a way to correct this?
