Hi,

I'm trying to find a way to send an agreement for signature using fixed link -

for example I have a new lead on my CRM, and I'm sending an automated email with an agreement for the client to sign.

Is this possible with Adobe sign?

Right now from what I see I can only send it manualy.

Would love for your help.

Thanks,
Efrat

Hi Efrat,

Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the delay in response.

As you have mentioned above, you wish to send an automated email with the agreement link in it. Would you mind elaborating about it?

In Adobe Sign, you may create a template of the agreement and can send it via Adobe Sign only by adding the email address.

Could you please confirm the workflow and the application you are using currently? it will help us to understand and provide you the right information.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hey,
Yes.

We have a form that new potential clients fill, then if they are approved
by our sales manager -
they get an automated email with a link for payment, and a link to sign
our agreement.
As you understand, I need a general link that contains the agreement,
without the need to fill in each mail.
Is it possible somehow?

You can create a webform for this https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/web-forms.html.

Though if you capture the new clients email address and have a developer or power automate resource, you can also use the Adobe Sign api to automatically create an agreement using the detail from the initial form

Thanks!

I can't find the web form option, why is that?

Also, do you have a tutorial about the second option you mentioned?
I'm working with Monday, if that matters.

Thanks.

Webform are your best bet and option requires developer resources and or acces to MS 365 licensing to access MS power automate.

Webforms in Sign do require a small business account or better:
