When I send a document to an email I've previously used - the WRONG receipient name is populated in the document. how can this be reset / removed.
This meant that the document signed has the wrong receipient name.

As mentioned above, the wrong name appeared for the document when you entered the email address to send the document for signature. Is that correct?

- Share the recipients' email address with us in a private message. You may initiate the private message using the envelope icon at the top right on the community page.
- If possible, share the complete workflow and screenshot where the name appears.
- Confirm if this happens for a particular user's email address.
