Serial Number for adobe sign

two days ago we have purchased adobe sign but we have a problem that does not allow use us this service.
We do not have the serial number as it was not sent to us to email and from the site there is no request button.

Where do we recover the serial number?

I have checked your account and the service shows as canceled.
