Server error when trying to add Twitter Integration

Hello!

Whenever I try using the Twitter Integration for Adobe Sign, I get the following server error:

 

Sorry, we were not able to process your request. Please try again later.

If this error persists, please contact support.

Error Code: 200921024437288.app-a20

 

I have tried it after logging out, same result. Is it a known issue?

This is what I got from support:

 

Thank you for getting back to us. The error with Twitter Integration with Adobe Sign is cause by an on going Bug

Our engineers are currently working on a fix for this bug and we shall provide you with an update once the bug has been resolved.

Well, I did hope that the forums are considered as so, as I have seen Adobe members answering some similar questions.

Is there any platform which is preferred over the Community Forums?

Yes sometimes very often they contribute in the user to user forums with direct support.

 

Hopefully someone from Adobe will swing by this thread or an experienced community developer.

 

However, it is best if you can exhaust first some initial troubleshooting by opening a support ticket.

 

You may need to prepare minidumps or collect some event logs for examination.
