I am trying to create a template for different contract to be signed by my customer. Each contract is different but the signature location is the same. How can I set up a template to attached to a PDF document contract to send over for signature?

Thank you

Hello,

If the form fields are always same and the document keeps on changing, then I would recommend to create form field layer template which can be used to superimpose on document uploaded ahead. You can go to Dashboard->Add template to Library and check the second option "Create as reusable form field layer".

Below is the link for using Form field layer:

Rijul,

I was able to follow step 1. After click Next to preview the document, I do not see the option per your described. This is what I see, The document is loaded at the center of the browser. On the right, it has, select participant, down, signature fields, signer info fields, data fields, Save to document library Box , send and reset document.

On the top, it has adober document cloud, eSign service, below is Dashboard, send, manage, account, Right under is alignment.

There is NO V2, V1 Switch per your suggestion.

Please help, ASAP.

Thank you
