Setting up templates: cc'ing a party by default?

New Here ,
Jul 08, 2020 Jul 08, 2020

Hi Adobe Community,

Our organization frequently uses templates to issue documents to a single signer. Right now, we manually cc: any additional recipients (Payroll, HR, etc.) who will need to receive a final copy of the document. Is there a way to configure a template so that these recipients are copied by default?

Thanks so much for any help you can provide!

Hello,

If you have the Adobe Sign Enterprise plan you can use custom workflows to set an email as a defaul CC. More about creating custom workflows - https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/how-to/workflow-designer.html

Otherwise, at the Account or Group level, you can add a CC for all agreements sent in the Account/Group.

 I hope this was helpful.
