I try the trial version quite several times. It’s really impressive but still need your advice regarding some questions below.
Refer to our use cases, we will utilize e-signature solution in both in- and ex- organization signers who have the right to sign the approval on the contract. Currently, we operate the legal workflow on the Lotus Notes, and contract approval is done by paper.
1. About the license and agreement,
How many licenses do we need to purchase? Do we need to provide the license to all parties who can sign the contract? (I try the trial version, the signer can sign the doc even he has no Adobe account)
(Ex. We have 10 person to operate signing the contract, Do they all have to have 10 licenses ?)
2. About the integration,
Since we are operating our Legal workflow on Lotus Notes. Is there any possibility to export from Lotus Notes to upload documents automatically to Adobe Sign without anyone does?
(The trial, I have to manually upload the document myself at first)
3. About the signer identification,
I try the demo to send some doc to Mr.A(Signer) who has no Adobe account. Then, Mr.A forwards the email to Mr.B. what I found is Mr.B can sign the doc as Mr.A. Even if I try to authenticate Mr.A with social account sign-in but if the other one pretends to be Mr. A, How can we notice or check that ?.
How can we check that Mr.A's signature is exactly signed by Mr.A? (Do the signer has to create an account and store their e-signature in Adobe Sign as well ?)
