Hope some can help me how to setup following.
Our students practice outside school 3 days a week. Every week their supervisior have to sign our pdf of what they have done and the days they have been working. The student then hand it to us.
What I want is to share the document to the students so they can get a signature from their supervisor and then mail the document to our mailadress.
