Sign App not allowing me to customize message to signer

When I enter the email and then click on the window to customize the message for the signing client...it immediately closes and goes to the next step without allowing me to customize the message.  What is going on? This App has never worked like that.  I need to be able to customize messages to my clients. When Im asking them to sign contracts.

Any feedback would be great, Thanks!

Please let us know if you are sending documents from a desktop or a mobile application. It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording of what happens when you try to modify the message. 

Does this happen for a particular document you are trying to send, or does it happen with any document?
