Hi,
I recently started looking at sign to send documents to my end users for e-signature. Sign works really well for this, until I realised if the end user has an out of office on which forwards his mails to someone else, they can open the document and sign it and it shows as the person who I sent it to...
This is no good for compliance as I had no way of telling if the document was signed by the correct person, the logs show our external IP address for both myself and the end user, so couldn't check that way.
Is there anyway to prevent anyone other than the person im sending the document to from signing it? can I prevent it from being forwarded automatically?
