Every time I try to sign into the document signing program it asks for the verification code which is texted to me. I've tried contacting customer service on this and they were unable to help me. The person I was speaking with said they were going to transfer me to someone that could help me and they just dumped me back into the pre-recorded prompting.
I'm not that savvy with this and really feel lost here.
