Signature does not save with document

After entering my signature and saving the document, when I reopen the document my signature is gone. Any help appreciated as it used to work before I updated adobe reader?

Hello Buddha,

What version of Adobe Reader are you using and what did you follow for applying and saving the signature? It also depends on the properties of PDF file you are using. Can you try upgrading your Adobe Reader to the latest one?
