signature field requiring numbers can not enter either

Trying to add my signature where its says "Employee Signature" and it will not allow me.  it appears its asking for numbers instead of a signature.  Also will not allow me to add numbers.

Advice?  Can not send complete document without signature.

Did you preoare the document for signature or was it sent to you for signature?
