Signature Tags automatically appeared before I even had the chance to drag the tags to the document

Hi,

I was sent a document signed by the customer via email and was asked to initiate countersign using Adobe Sign. After I loaded the document into Adobe Sign and clicked NEXT, I saw the signature, title and date tags was already there without me doing the drag and drop as per normal action. Then I moved the tags to where i want it to be, the customer's signature, title and date were erased or faded.

How do I remove the tags without erasing the customer's completed signature tags?
