Signatures and Initials - Autofill

New Here ,
Mar 12, 2018 Mar 12, 2018

Hello,

We are wondering if it is possible to have the client sign/initial for each individual space? Our issue is not with signing for multiple signers, as we understand how to set that up. Right now they sign once, then “click to paste that signature” in every future signature location. But I am curious if we can set it to force the client to manually sign in every signature location.

Thank you!

Greetings,

If you have an Enterprise level account, the Enforced Identity Authentication feature for electronic signatures will prompt the signer to authenticate their signature each time it is applied.

This forces a manual signing in each location as you have described, but you may have other objectives also.

Things to note:

  • EIA is signatures only. Not Initials.
  • The individual signatures all use the same graphics. So where each signature is discrete, but they look exactly the same.
  • The feature is enabled for all signatures, all signers.
  • If you have internal countersigners, use Adobe authentication for internal recipient authentication

Thank you for the information.  I was told I would be called back by the team at Adobe 3 days ago...

Is there no way to do the same with initials?
