Signatures In Wrong Place

I sent my pdf out for signatures, but when it came back the signatures that should be on page 3, 4, and 5 are all on the very last page (which is an exhibit page).

Why aren't the signatures where they're supposed to be and how do I fix it?

Could you please let us know how you created the form and assigned the form fields?

Would it be possible for you to share the form (not filled one) with us? We will check it on our end.

Did you experience this behavior with a particular form or with others?
