signed document stuck in "waiting for you"

I have a document that is password protected that I signed using the iphone app. It is still showing in my documents "waiting for you" area. When I check it, it shows as signed. Not sure how to move it out of the waiting for you area.

This just happened to me today. I had 10 forms to sign, 6 of which moved to completed status 4 that did not even though they are fully signed. Seems like a bug.

Could you please confirm how did you send the document? Is it a bulk send?

Try refreshing the browser. Clear the cache and cookies for the browser and check.

Or try using the new incognito window in the Chrome browser.  

Ensure that the signer has submitted the document after signing the document.

Let us know if the status does not update.

Thank you for following up so quickly.

I sent the documents through our Universities Adobe Acrobat portal one by one. I sent 10 in quick succession, only 4 got stuck. It took about an hour but eventually they did drop out of the "Waiting for Approval" queue.

Something similar has shown up for me today. A document I sent to someone else was signed by them. It shows up as completed in my list of agreements, but remains in "Waiting for you" in theirs. The document was completed over 3 months ago. They have cleared their cache and cookies and tried a different browser. What can I do to get this to no longer show up in their "Waiting" queue?

Please let us know what happens when the recipient opens the document under "Waiting for you". Do they get any messages, or does the document open again to be filled? 

Did you check if this happens to every document or a particular document?

When they click on it and it says its invalid in bright red. 

This is the only document that I am aware of that this has happened to.
