Signer locked out after failed password entry

How many opportunties does a sign get to enter their password before the document is canceled due to failed password entry?

Is there a way to increase the number of times a password may be tried before the agreement is canceled?

Is there an easy way to resend that dcoument for signature or does it need to be recreated as a new document?
