Signer's browser doesn't load document

One of my regular signers can't access documents sent to him for signature anymore.

The browser shows the loading icon on the Adobe sign page indefinitely.

 

How can I solve this?

 

Right now I'm on a trial account. If the service of Adobe is not more reliable, I can't proceed to purchase a payed account.
