Hello,
Since most recent update—I am unable to send documents for signature. I am able to insert signature, indicate where to sign, Review, but I get this error message when clicking "Send"
These are the details of the version I am using and the system configuration I am using:
Architecture: arm64
Processor: Apple M1 Max
Build: 23.6.20360.0
AGM: 7.1.2
CoolType: 9.0.2
JP2K: 4.0.0.52671

Hello Adobe,
I am having trouble also since the software has performed its update. I go to send a document for signature to 2 parties and when I go to review and send, the send button doesn't work. It's very frustrating. I tried on Tuesday and now today which is 2 days later.
I then printed the document and tried to do esignatures that way. Adobe then told me the document is too big.
This is very frustrating and I require this particular document to be signed soon.
Please help me

Please let us know if the issue still occurs. We have checked the account, and it shows as working fine.
If you still experience the issue, let us know if the error occurs when using the desktop application or the Acrobat online account to send the document for signature.
Also, confirm if you are using the same email address for the account that is used to sign in here on the community page.

One of my users in my business account is having the same issue
Since the update, there are recieving error message. We've tried eveything, how is it fixed?

I completely logged out of Adobe, restarted my computer, then logged back into Adobe and that fixed the issue.

I ended up ringing adobe and it was all fixed there end. Didn't take long.
