Singing on Adobe

Hello. I've sent some ducuments to two clients for signature via Adobe. Both client's are now experiencing the same challenge where they finish completing and signing the document but the "next" arrow keeps apearing. Please assist.

As you have mentioned above, "Next" arrow keeps appearing when user has already completed and signed the document. 

Could you please confirm if there is any form field left unfilled in that document for any purpose?
