Solution Architect help

Hi I am trying to develop an onboarding workflow for a client. I need to discuss how this will work with a solution architect from Adobe. I am based in South Africa and the local representative has been "trying to get hold of someone" since Friday, but nothing.

 

Has anybody got a phone number or email address of somebody in the UK that could help?
