Stuck in "Preparing Documents" screen

    Hello,

I received an email to sign some forms. When I click the link to review and sign it brings me to the Adobe Sign page, but it gets stuck on "Preparing Documents" and never loads anything. I'm using a Mac and I've already tried using a different browser with no luck. Can anyone please help me with this?

What OS? What browser? Do you have the most up to date version of Flash Player?
