Has anyone else experienced issues with echo sign accounts no longer being an option and switching to adobe sign? We had a mulitple user account with Echo Sign and now have a small business account with adobe sign. But in order to have mulitple users we must purchase mulitple licenses. Basically asking us to pay 3-4 times the amount we paid with echo sign for the exact same service. We have been on numerous phone calls this week, with mulitple transfers as well as chat sessions, but no one with Adobe can provide the correct answers and feedback. Our other users have since lost the past files and web forms with echo sign. It has been a complete nightmare of a week trying to get things up and running again. Any insight from other users would be helpful. Have you found other product out there that has the same features and is easier to work with than Adobe?
