Tag for a form field to be completed

Hi. I'm a first time user.

I'm using Adobe sign to have a document signed. At the end of the signing process a person will receive the document and fill in a field on the form. They are not to sign the form but enter some text in a field.

Is there a tag (like the signing tag) that would allow someone to fill in a field?

Sorry for the delay in response. 

Yes, you can add the recipient as the form filler when adding the email address. Then the recipient does not need to add a signature to the document.
