Templates not working, won't upload file

I recently upgraded to Adobe Document Cloud from the E-sign trial and I can't figure out how to use all of the Templates I created during the trial. It no longer allows me to choose a template from the "Send" tab, and if I choose a template from my "Manage" tab (click on "Send" next to the desired template)...it then opens up a Send page but won't complete the file upload for me. It gets stuck (see image below).

Anyone have any ideas or solutions for me??

Hello Tarab22318424,

Did you try using an alternate browser or tried clearing cache and cookies and see if that helps?
