The menu you're sending is gone and doesn't appear

選択したグループに対して署名のためにドキュメントを送信する権限がありません。グループ管理者にお問い合わせください。

It seems that you are trying to send a document to a particular group created under the Sign account. You will need to check if the permission is enabled under the account settings. Please check with the account admin.
