Three Seperate Signature Fields, But Only Need to Sign One

New Here ,
Nov 30, 2023 Nov 30, 2023

Hi there,

I have a document that has three separate signature fields. The signer only needs to sign one of the three fields (as the document contains 3 different sections where the signer must pick just one). Is there a way to make the signature field not mandatory so that my signers are not forced to sign each of the 3 sections when they only need to sign one of them? Or can anyone think of a work around for this?

Thank you!

Yes, you can edit the field and un-clic on the required box.

Hello,

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, when you untick the "Required" box for each of the signature fields, Adobe Sign automatically inputs a random signature and email field at the bottom of the document. Like this:

Can you maybe change the form so the person just signs at the bottom and he has to choose one of the 3 options, suggest radio buttons.
