Total individual report Adobe eSign not tally with total all transaction

HI all, currently i am manage to create report for Adobe sign transaction.

report create based on individual user transaction/sending the doc because we need to backcharge to each department.

when i calculation total individual user the amount not tally with amount that i create for all user. what this happen?please advice 

Total Individual report 4258 and total all report 4815
