Tracking and accepting changes made by the contract recipient and approver.

Is there a way (without creating text boxes) of enabling the person(s) who receive a contract to edit the contract text, which can be tracked and accepted by the person signing off the contract? The nature of the business I work in means that the contract recipient often sends a separate email with changes they want making to contracts. If these changes are accepted I then have to amend the word document before pdfing it and sending again via ESign. This is a lengthy process as I have to edit the contract, and then renter a lot of fields comprising text boxes, drop down boxes and radio buttons when sending the contract.

It would be easier if the contract recipient could make tracked changes directly onto the contract which could then be accepted or rejected ( with the ability to make notes) by the person who signs this contract off. Is this possible, and if not is it a feature Adobe could incorporate?

Adobe, any updates on features like this within Adobe Sign? Could be the ability for contract recipients to route it back to the sender with highlights, sticky notes or comment boxes for changes.
