Hi, is there a way to conditionally delete certain pages in a single Adobe Sign agreement that has been sent to a Signer?
For example, I have two types of Forms: FormA or FormB. A client will need to fill out EITHER FormA or FormB based on their credentials (e.g. Physician or Non-Physician). Here is the scenario:
- On page 1, they are asked to select their credential using Radio Buttons (e.g. Physician or Non-Physician).
- If they select Physician, then they need to complete FormA (pages 2-5).
- If they select Non-Physician, then they need to complete FormB (pages 6-9).
While I can certainly activate/deactivate all fields on either FormA or FormB (which are massively different) based on their radio button selection on Page 1, I do not wish for the final certified agreement (after they sign) to have both versions of FormA and FormB showing (with one of them filled, and the other blank). Therefore, is there a way to conditionally delete entire pages after a Signer selects the radio button on page 1? For instance, if they select Non-Physician, I want ONLY the Non-Physician FormB (pages 6-9) to become visible and all pages of FormA to become "invisible"/deleted. This would mean FormB now is the new pages 2-5 (as FormA has been deleted/become invisible).
Basically, I want to do conditional hiding/showing of fields, but apply it to a whole page in a document.
This will save me an immense amount of time when onboarding new people, as this would eliminate conversations beforehand of what one's credentials are. I can also use this in many other aspects of my work, which would again save a great deal of "prior legwork". Thanks in advance for everyone's help!
