I've tried to contact Adobe Support but I'm directed to the "support" within my company -- which has given me a chuckle as I'm the only person from my company with an Adobe license at all, and one of two people total -- go small business!
Anyway, hoping someone here can help or suggest a workaround they've found.
I have a release form embedded on my (athletics) website. That's all well and good, but with an embedded web form, you can only have one signature -- but sometimes we have participants under 18, and in that case, we ask that both they and their parent/guardian sign. To keep our paperwork manageable and not confusing, I really don't want to have two forms for one person.
Is there any way to have two different people sign a web form?
