Two web forms, one link?

Hi, 

Is it possible to house two documents within the same web form? My use case is a user first accepting an NDA, then being taken to the "real" document that they sign. So user experience would be: 

1. go to link

2. user sees our NDA, with a signature block at the bottom 

3. user accepts/signs NDA

4. user is immediately taken to our contract (our current web form with additional signature and information tags)

Is this possible?
