I'm unable to assign an employee to USH8. She comple5ted the Gaining ASccess to Adobe Sign and even received a message stating that Adobe Sign is added to her Okta Apps. However, when I try to assign to to USH8, her name does not appear. Her e-mail address is [Personal information removed by the moderator].

We have checked that you have an Acrobat Sign Enterprise service plan. However, the user's email address you have shared shows the account is inactive and registered under a different company name from yours.
It seems the user used the same email address for another account. Even though the account is inactive, the account exists. It is not possible to have two accounts with same email address. So, the already existing account needs to be deleted; only then can this email be used for the new account.
As you have the Enterprise plan, please contact our Adobe Sign Enterprise support team and share the information. They will provide the correct information on what can be done in this case. You may contact them using the steps in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4cYI3v0.
