I see that your Adobe Sign account is registered under your Adobe ID account.

As you need to change the name on the Adobe Sign account, you will need to first make changes to the name on the Adobe account.

Please take help of the steps mentioned in this help document Change name for an Adobe Sign Profile when using an Adobe ID to log in

Hello, I got the same problem, need to change the name for Adobe e-sign and I tried the above steps, I changed the name for the profile and for the account but it's still pulling the old name!
