Unable to connect to Adobe Sign Government via MS Teams

We have the Adobe Acrobat for O365 GCC license.  In MS Teams, we are able to go to Apps > add Adobe Acrobat Sign Government > click Open > click Connect button on the "Connect your Adobe Acrobat Sign Government account window" just fine.  However, right after that, the window displays https://corporate.adobesign.us at the top, but the rest of the window is blank.  Then the window changes to display https://secure.adobesign.us with the following error message: "error":"invalid_request","error_description":"Some of the parameters is missing or invalid." withot any other option to try.

We have tried the above steps on Windows 10, Windows 11, iOS and Android with the same result.  I was able to download Adobe Sign mobile version on my smartphone and was able to log into it just fine.  But I cannot get into Adobe Sign when trying to do it via MS Teams.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

Hello ANaranjo19.  Unfortunately, not yet.  We reached out to Microsoft for assistance and we are collecting data to send them (including screen recordings).  I'll post an update as soon as we make progress.

Hi johnniescg67,

Thank you for reaching out.

Could you please share more information about the issue you are experiencing? Also, confirm the Acrobat Sign service plan you are using.

Please share a screenshot of the error message and a screen recording of the steps you take to add Acrobat Sign on MS Teams. We will then check with the team.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hello Meenashi,

I appreciate your reply to my inquiry about my Adobe Sign issue. The version I am executing is version 2.0.17 in a government tenant. The instruction I used to load the product into my team environment follows:

Select Adobe “Acrobat Sign Government”:

Move the slider to Allowed and then you should be able to install the app in your Teams client:

Then I worked with my Technical support group to gramt th permissions for the app.

This is the result that follow after selecting the Adobe Sign product in Teams

When I select the Connect button

the product just spin like it is trying to connect and I get the following error below:

If anyone have seen this error displayed when trying to connect please let me know what you did to overcome this error.

Thanks,
